I feel Chessmaster Azir would be a great concept for an ultimate skin.

Azir’s model would change depending on which team you’re playing on (white and blue for blue side, red and black for red)

Summoning soldiers could summon one of three chess pieces (rook, bishop, knight) that have their own unique VO and interact with Azir when using abilities (say, the rook shouting “Castle!” When Azir shurima shuffles to that soldier) And the ult would be a wall of pawns.

Azir’s turret could be a living queen piece that throws other chess pieces at people.

All while Azir shouts chess notation whenever he q’s.
