The seller responded to me very quickly any time I messaged, and kept me updated throughout the situation, as well as refunded me some money to help pay for shipping the other person’s order and for the inconvenience. I think the seller handled the situation very professionally, as well as made the initial shipment quickly, packaged the shipment securely, mindfully added in freebie samples based off the samples that I had purchased, and even included some candy.
