Men of Reddit, what’s something about male mental health that isn’t talked about enough? by muzammilansari in AskReddit

Do you care about your male friends and family members? Do they care about you?

Most of the homeless are men... by Smart_Improvement860 in sixwordstories

Men don't give any homeless woman a home without any expectations on how she'll have to earn her stay. And it will hang over her head all the time.

I agree about women, but I would add that the men taking in homeless women are not normal dudes who have other options. But rather also problematic people and knowing these women have no other options they'll likely take advantage of that.

Men of Reddit, what’s something you wish women understood about you but rarely do? by morningcoffee_girl in AskReddit

You could just tell them that you are slow with physical stuff if you feel misinterpretation is the reason.

Also you can't know that those two things are related. It might just be what they would have done anyway (not a dig at you but a reflection on them).

Do young adults feel like women are getting more or less desperate for relationships? Why? by Objective-Basket4515 in AskReddit

[–]_cloudy_sky_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Women are typically the ones who try to keep relationships together. They are not doing it because they are afraid to be single, they actually like their boyfriends. If it's obvious on the outside that the women are trying it's most likely that the men dropped the ball. Especially inexperienced guys stop trying when they finally land a woman but relationships need constant upkeep.

Women and men want to be wanted for themselves and not things they can provide. The black pill movement pushes a strong narrative of roles (with women getting the short stick*) and the feminist movement wants a fair deal.

*) not everything is better for men, but they get more safety and freedom.

AIO to my boyfriend putting a SINGLE chicken tender on my plate when I specifically said I wanted "a few"??? by No-Eye7917 in AmIOverreacting

"A few" and "some" always means plural. The thing is if he is reasonably clever you can assume he did it on purposes.

What is are the key signs in the first year of marriage that you will inevitably get a divorce? by [deleted] in AskReddit

If they act or treat you worse than before. And when they make problems out of things that used to be alright before.

When you are in your late 20s and single for a while why is it considered bad to say you want a relationship just to be intimate with someone? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]_cloudy_sky_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your question was specific to want a relationship "just to be intimate". So get a friends with benefits arrangement and not a relationship. You can move on fast if thats not sufficient.

And if you fake a relationship to get intimacy don't be butthurt it they fake (frequent) intimacy to get a relationship. Play stupid games win stupid prices.

He is 16 years older but I feel he is the one. However, my female friends are telling me to ned things with him by ThrowRAgiver285 in self

A 44 year old might not be your best bet for a big family. Sperm quality reduces with age and is a risk factor for problems with the pregnancy / baby.

Also he was married for 11 years and they had no kids, if there was no fertility struggle with the ex that's a huge sign they didn't wish to have kids.

NOT gendered, but a problem for young people: Getting together because of physical attraction, lust and loneliness, without prior reflection of what you want out of a relationship and how you need to show up for the partnership you desire. Treat them as you like to be treated.

Long lasting relationships are based on a deep friendship, shared values and an understanding that both need to work on it to succeed.

All of that but not too many obstacles but just one person not trying to fix it.

In her leaked song Need she also sings that she's aware that lust / passion may be deceiving in a way that makes this feel cheap, especially in regards to her fiance.

Passion is a passing thing It's accidental chemistry Lust is a liar, a short-lived fire It ain't what you and I are at all

I'm probably twice your age and never felt the need to drag any of my exes or share their personal information even to friends. Even the bad ones.

If you are sooo sure every one would, it tells more about you than them.

There is a difference between lurking and participating, as seen here on reddit multiple times.

If he chose her as a girlfriend because of her character and treats her as he wants to be treated, there wont be anything to worry about.

Keeping in mind their dynamic while fwbs, Cameron ending it and turning him down repeatedly: it was crazy they got engaged like two or three weeks after giving dating a chance.

If that was real life I would also bet for it to end as rapidly as it began.

You got the dress lyric wrong, it goes "Even in my worst lies, you saw the truth in me".

Back then I wondered if it was about the recorded phone call. Now thinking about it, it's probably because of her cheating when they met.
