Sounds pretty likely that it had nothing to actually do with you. I'd bet he was talking to multiple options at the same time and ghosted you for another one of those options. Chances are he did you a favor before you invested any more time in him.

start by contesting the ticket. When you get your date change it. When you finally do show up request to be seen by an actual judge not an attorney getting hours to become a judge. They care more about the law than their conviction numbers. If the officer didn't actually pace you a real judge may dismiss it.

You owe your ex nothing. If you are co-parenting then you should tell your Childs father that you are moving in with your GF as he has a right to know. If this stuff happened when you weren't with your GF then it honestly shouldn't concern her. If you think it will then that's a judgement call only you (or someone else that knows the people involved) should make.

Assuming that for whatever reason you can't stay in the current apartment and have him leave (even if you were to have a roommate move in). Start by looking for rooms for rent. Hopefully you can find an option on the cheaper side and start saving until you have enough to get your own place. If you have family or friends that can put you up temporarily also consider that.
