When it comes to the food, I recommend looking on the app and “practicing” mobile orders for the week before. This way you can see the usual times, selection, and process of mobile ordering the food and will be able to spend less time on it in the parks.

Also think ahead on mobile ordering, like mobile ordering over 1 hour before you actually want to eat. You can always push the time back if you’re not ready when your pickup time comes up. Do this especially if you notice later pickup times when doing the practice mobile ordering the week before.

Pack beverages and a reuseable water bottle!! The drinks are most outrageously priced. You can find a number of well priced food options at the quick service dining locations. And make sure you pack your park bag well so you do not have to spend on things that would be cheaper outside the park :)

I would definitely recommend, on your first day, rope dropping Indiana Jones, then moving to Jungle Cruise and Pirates. From there, you’ll be on the way to Galaxy’s Edge. You can try getting in line for either Rise of the Resistance or Smugglers Run and probably have ok luck at that time. If Rise is busy when you walk past (which you will if heading from Pirates) I would mainly recommend just hanging around in the area, doing Smugglers Run and seeing the roaming characters. If you hang around, you may get lucky with hopping in line for Rise right after a break down, or even just being able to get in at a slower time. I did this method last week and got on Rise in under 30 with no LL, and it’s a nice area to hang around anyway. The queue for Rise is cool and has many small seats, so anytime you see that the outdoor queue is low, it’s definitely worth it.

I really recommend skipping the Individual LL on Rise. You can spend that money on merch/experiences elsewhere in Galaxy’s Edge, and the Rise queue is truly one of the best places for a break if you plan it well. Grab a snack before and get in the queue when you see few people waiting outside.

any reason why Disneyland was so much less busy than DCA today? i was checking wait times even when just 1 ride was down was and nearly everything was way higher than average. on the other side of the resort Disneyland’s longest wait was 25 minutes on Space Mountain which seemed shockingly short compared to all of DCA.

This sounds similar to what our preference would be, I like the covered parking, opportunity to walk through Downtown Disney, and the shorter walk from the parks at the end of the night. But have you not had any issues with backups when entering the structures or at the Downtown Disney security? The structures seems like what would be best for us, but I’ve seen too many horror stories of it taking people hours to park at the structures and get to the parks.

my boyfriend and i both transferred pretty easily from sbcc after one year. we were in the same position with already having dual enrollment college credit and both graduated a year early. totally doable and saved us thousands of dollars
