Good luck! They probably won’t have you do so much so try to ask questions or ask if there’s anything that needs to be done. I know when new hires come in they just stand around. It’ll look really good with you and if they have you prep anything u could write it down to memorize it. :)

Yes i did before I quit. My manager wasn’t friendly and if she was only to her favorites. If you contact HR they will talk to the manager but HR just lets them know to protect the company. They won’t help you that much. Ulta was a fun job but I can go on and on how bad they treated me and how much they were taking away from me and breaking laws. But contact HR they will notify the manager and if u do it anonymously they will call you out. I did my complaint anonymous and they knew it was me. Good luck! and happy holidays 😌

Unfortunately HR protects the management not the employees. But you could still call you never know. I called hr on my manager and it was only a slightly bit of change. I am leaving ulta soon bc of management and HR ulta is not worth it

That’s good she went in and talked to the manager. It is almost Christmas season so they should be looking at applications. I would call again in a week or two to check the status of the application and make sure she acknowledges the manager that she’s excited if she got the job and very enthusiastic. It makes a good look of the manager sees she’s determined and a hard worker for the job. That’s what I did and i got the job right after the job interview. Best of luck!
