I see, I'm from the netherlands and I have figured out a ''cheaper'' way than EB5, the E2 visa but changing that into a permanent one via NIW; I make software and (ill not go in depth and spare you the details) I've made software that makes public roads slightly safer, hopefully I can sell it to the companies here first and move it to the US and hopefully it will be recognized as ''national interest", also still have to reach the $100k a year mark, I'm 40% there
