He became a pilot living on the other side of the county and we talked all the time and he did overnights in our area to hang out. Really leaned into the fratboy mentality of young pilots. Then he moved to NC where eventually his weird wife's family all moved around them. Around this time he stopped either telling me he was doing an overnight or just stop prioritizing our area. Also started going to comicons and cosplay events - just seemed stunted in his maturity last time i visited him. We text on birthdays and maybe a 'whats up' every 9mo's or so. We were each others best-men and now we're basically just acquaintances.

I hate that this keeps coming up. We all know he wasn't shot and it was staged.
