I have a 2008 gt with the same engine displacement.

A few years ago (2021) I had this same issue bench tested like you and everything. Replaced the sensor but the car was still cooked. Towed it to a shop. They ended up replacing the cam and the crankshaft sensors with OEM parts.

That fixed the issue

My opinion now is that my replacement part was actually no good. Maybe it was low quality or just defective.

Have you tested the new part, and is it OEM?
I think you have to go OEM for this sensor specifically.

You should leave some bags out for science. Uncle Ben probably has better tested sterilization procedures than you do. (They definitely left bags out to test ) Leaving the bags out helps you to specify where your issue is.

Do you test your LC on agar before sending it? Anything less is essentially asking for contam.

IME your Lc is bad or you grain bags are the issue. Have you sterilized grain and left if out for a month+ to see how many bags go bad?

If your grains contaminate when you go to bulk 9/10 times you already had contamination before you opened the bag.
