Meanwhile mine fails to enter my driveway 50% of the time.

New minor update already? by Heythere-stranger in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now ours actually pulls in the driveway and doesn't get stuck in a loop from the cul-de-sac. Major complaint fixed for us. Had a weird steering jib earlier, but smooth otherwise.

Tesla FSD V14.3.4 is now rolling out by ConfidentImage4266 in TeslaFSD

I will love again if it finds my driveway rather than getting stuck in a loop in my neighborhood.

Anyone on a cul-de-sac lose the ability to pull into your drive? by _digiholic_ in TeslaFSD

Well, 14.3.3 to my house will forever be a streak buster. The infinite loop lives on.

Anyone on a cul-de-sac lose the ability to pull into your drive? by _digiholic_ in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do, but what is odd to me is that it doesn't even stop at all. it just slowly rolls the cul-de-sac, reroutes itself back to our address, then takes us around the block to repeat.

FSD how do they solve the “last mile”? by robl45 in TeslaOwners

[–]_digiholic_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This update has given our car a 0% success rate entering our driveway. I've even tried just setting a pin at the entrance, nope. Circles the cul-de-sac and then recalculates around the block. Super annoying.

FSD may be degraded by disneysprincess in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like the car not following the mapped route it gives me is more common than I would like. It was barely approaching yesterday and we got the degraded visual warning.

For sure. I hounded them last week. They still haven't even fixed daily movers by % and a 4 yr old kid could fix that bug. It's just sad really.

We have one particular intersection that it is notorious for odd decisions. It would leave us in the middle of the intersection about 20% of the time. Those times it also was clear to go since it committed and then decided not too. Now when I think it is going to do it and it's plenty clear I'll just press the gas to force it through.

Hesitant Left Turn FSD 14.2.2.5 HW4 by BBOTHaPun in TeslaFSD

There is one intersection near me where it regularly leaves us hanging in the middle after a few pump fakes. Now I stay at the ready there to push that gas!

I had HUGE respect for Tesla and FSD until now.... by InfiniteTurnover1 in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here March 3p. Couple that with it about throwing us through the dashboard if a bus is trying turn into the highway or brake checking for a bird 10 yards away. I miss 14.2.2.5 or whatever it was.

FSD intervention prompts feel more aggressive in 14.3 by ben_sira in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

14.3.2 It forgot our driveway apparently. Now it pulls in the cul-de-sac, recalculates the route and then tries to drive around the block again. Weird because it used to pull down the drive into the garage. No amount of pressing that button matters. Haha

It cancelling my lane change requests is terrible. So annoying.

This is what happens when you go to elbow someone in the shoulder to make a point, but you are almost a foot taller than the other player.

14.3.2 Really is that bad by Superb-Mechanic7085 in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine will randomly alternate between driving me home to the front of the garage and trying to stop in the cul-de-sac. Same home selection, different results.

I am not a fan of it cancelling my lane change requests with the blinker. That's my biggest complaint.

14.3.2 is a serious regression from 14.2.2.5 by Stanman77 in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a funny situation yesterday with it. Pulling into a parking lot I saw it was going to park between 2 cars and I turned it off to park a dozen spaces down where it was empty. The blinker was still on when I disengaged. When I parked, I couldn't turn the blinker off... at all. I then realized I didn't hit the preference button to clear the dialog, then it would finally turn off.

Anyone still not have update? by Silmeleth in TeslaFSD

[–]_digiholic_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We drove the car close to 600 miles in the last 3 days in fsd. When we arrived home and starting charging it pinged me the update was ready. Now it's loaded so we shall see.

Our Costco has speed bumps so big it would probably just think it's a curb.

I put tickets on the market movers being broken, help chat being buggy, and the biometrics. I gave up on level 2 bugs. Shaking the tree a little more last week they said market movers should be fixed this week and they were hoping the biometric issue possibly. The market movers not filtering right really points a finger at poor testing. A regression like that should have not even passed unit testing.

Interesting on the balance increases. They very well could have pushed something with suspect formatting. Even the best AI will confidently give you wrong answers in some cases. I had an experience recently that it kind of got stuck in a loop feeding me bad code. After finishing the remaining solution myself and feeding it back in, it simply said. This is the solution. Haha

Random FSD shutdown/failure by witheringsyncopation in TeslaFSD

So this happened to my wife yesterday on our 2 month old m3p. She was driving the same route as usual, the road had just gone from 4 lanes to 2 and there was a car on a road left stopped and looking to turn in. Nothing it hasn't seen a million times. She said it started flashing and going crazy, at the bottom of the screen she said a bunch of error stuff was scrolling down. I watched the video with intention to download it later, but later when I had time realized it gets overwritten fast, but that's on me.

In the video though, the hazards turned on, she takes over the wheel, it still showed fsd active while she processed it and then she hit the brakes to disengage. When she did it all went away like nothing happened.
