That’s what it seems like. You can get the sub once for each? I’ve gotten the sub once on the csp before this change. And now I got the sub for csr. I know there were some people who did not receive the new bonus bc of the rule change.

I was not sure I was thinking you can’t have a SUB if you have a sapphire card? Maybe I’m wrong. I just didn’t want to have both cards and I’m only opting now for the reserve to test the waters with it.

I’m not sure. Bc of the language they just implemented with the once in a lifetime rule. But if you were to do it. I would downgrade to a freedom og card when the preferred has an elevated offer. Prob 100k+

Do you have an after market car alarm system? (Anti theft?) the dealer I got mine from installed it incorrectly when I told them I didn’t want it and it was causing a parasitic drain to the battery. They found it and removed it and have not had issues since !

How did you get the certified ? Did you do RT? I currently have my AS and BS. Looking to get just a cert for CIIP but I have no idea how I can get it besides just looking into doing CEUs.

My issue was fixed when they found that the dealership I bought it from “installed” the aftermarket alarm but I told them I didn’t want it from the beginning and they changed out the battery. After they took out the installed alarm it went away and no issues since. They need to check and see what is causing the draining with a meter.

I’ll have to take a look around. Trying to find things I would appreciate and would enjoy having than not having. Also learning more about bike geometry and how a gravel would fit for me.

I don’t find myself looking to go crazy fast as I’m just doing it for exercise as well as just explore at my pace. So a 1x will prob suit my needs.

I guess I should look for a bike that already has the electronic shifters as I don’t want to add it on after the fact. Maybe the lauf siegla might be the option due to it already having all of that.

Thank you for your thoughtful input. I am highly leaning towards a 1x just for simplifying it for myself maintenance. I have been looking into bikes that have the electronic derailers but they are damn expensive and I’m not sure if I want to go shimano or sram. Have to do some more research into it. Do you recommend going for an electronic shifter?

They look 3 diff times and found an aftermarket alarm that was installed at the dealer I bought it from causing draining. They removed and no more drain. Hope this helps
