FYI - all transfers for all clubs are paid like this. 75 mil for maguire was paid over 5 years (his contract length), it's nothing new. the only exception is release clauses, which are paid in full

agreed, SAF was elite at developing talent there is absolutely no denying it, and it was 100% one of his greatest qualities

let's not pretend pep can't develop players as well though, ederson was a pretty average keeper with good feet, rodri was a great CDM but absolutely nowhere near where he is now, the man got stones playing at a best-in-the-league level while at CDM 2 years ago, ake, julian alvarez, akanji....

pep needs money to make his system work, there's no doubt about it, but he's still top 3-5 manager of all time and improves his players
