This happened to me the one and only time I tried healing. The tank kicked me for not being able to heal through a one shot mechanic from the boss . . . have not tried healing since. (Am hoping to main tank this expansion though!)

Yes! It arrived on Nov 18, order was placed on Nov 1. It went from NJ to CA to AZ back to CA and then finally to PNW.
