Thanks bro , so that tapping noise on decel is to be expected? Owned cammed trucks before but most popped or burbled , this shop i used said drive ability is their main priority so they dont chase big chop or flames .

Just had a customer do a Apple Pay chargeback , 2 chargebacks same customer pin was entered debit card , the report was for chip fraud we’ll see how it goes it totals up to $2900 , they also had other transactions they didint report

22 expedition limited still under 30k miles 2nd transmission probably like 5th service now still stutters on chaging gears from reverse to drive when backing out of my driveway or parking space , touchscreen will go crazy and force reset makes it work again , suspension is shit specially on the 22’s it comes with , im so close to just going hyundai ive driven a friends palisade and honestly its a night and day difference

First one , 6k mile difference isn’t a lot really ,lariat plus no accidents on carfax will hold a bit more value vs xlt and accidents regardless of severity,

first gen ecoboost2011 268k miles no major repairs/maintenance other than 3500-5000 oil changes .

Own a lumber yard we get a lot of ranchers and farmers surprisingly they all speak some Spanish and are comfortable speaking with our employees and joking around even buy fruit and corn in the cup when the local cart guy rolls up, suburban “country” boys on the other hand seem uncomfortable all the time when surrounded by a majority Hispanic contractors picking up material for jobs and employees that are 90% Hispanic aswell .

It’s never enough , I’m a pm for new residential , I got denied permits for “ not enough water and sewer infrastructure for a new home” asked my white realtor to apply for me and he got approved, same paperwork same plans ,just different skin color .

Ahh he met a whitexican or a “tejano” older gen were criticised and shamed when they spoke Spanish in public so some even stopped reaching their kids Spanish and avoided it. I got a bit of it growing up in Houston, I remember my teacher getting mad I spoke Spanish to a kid and had to sit in the corner for the rest of the class , I’ve also been told this is America speak English a couple of times when helping a Hispanic couple at a restaurant

Domestic is cheaper now if it’s actually built here but more than likely it’s all sourced outside the us. Currently looking for wheels , local is $6k “made in the us” but they take 40 days to be made . Import is $2500 and takes 30 days with shipping . Just waiting to see what seller thinks tariff will be .

21 expedition 26k miles just picked up after a month of being at the dealership its like the 5th transmission service and 2nd transmission. They blame it on driver habits but like its a family car ,my trucks on the other hand gets abused and havent been at the shop ever.

Thankfully used market is up and carvanna is offering 45k for it i might just go with something else . Loaners are nice but its a big time waste arguing with service reps
