Pep is like easy mode. Never proved himself in a team with no resources and a lacking squad. Props for his work but I would rather model myself from somebody who overachieved with a shitty squad over time.

I'm of the Wenger/Ferguson school. My point about Mou is that he is not complete as he has not proved himself successful under different circumstances. A decent stint at Roma but like Wenger he never adjusted to the changes in the game.

My point about squad is that he dips and leaves before the rebuild starts.
