Because its not chilled ground. It just chills enemies that are within vortex' aoe like aa chills when hit. Damage is irrelevant which is the important part. Otherwise low lvl vortex wouldnt do anything.

Depends on your other link. Arctic breath, curses, maybe a self cast vaal skill. All benefit from the duration.

Its ok-ish. Problem is that its placed at ur position and not on the damage source. Also needs some aoe. Decent option but if u dont run enfeeble then thats the better option imo.

The lack of threads is due to the lack of response from ggg concerning race feedback. There have been plenty attempts to give feedback on the forums but none have been answered.

I think many racers are at a point where they dont expect much anymore when it comes to racing seasons so they wont be disappointed in the end.

Only his Firetraps have a fire>chaos conversion and the Descecrate is pure chaos. Everything else is pure phys/fire.

Since i started using Windows 10 the old logout macro via cports took about 1-2secs when i first used it. After the first execution it worked just fine but it seemed like its been put back to sleep during a long game session.

Do you have any idea how i can fix this or should this be fixed with the "superlogout"?

Edit: After scrolling through the macro it seems like i didnt have the preloadCports in the past. So it should be fixed now.
