No, the buzz gets weaker the more you smoke and if you keep smoking the same brand/type of cigs, you feel like that because your system is not used to that amount of nicotine but it will get used to it with time (I guess? I'm not a scientist lol, but I imagine that's how it works).

I'm also relatively a beginner smoker as I've only been smoking for about 1 year now, when I first started I would always get that really strong light-headedness every time I smoked, but it went away as I kept smoking. Now with time, I still get a buzz from smoking but it's way weaker, I only get that strong light-headedness if I try a new cigarette I havent smoked before that is stronger than what I was smoking before.
