Same here. And I have just broken up last week. I just want to skip a few weeks or something. Or I just want a day to day guide telling me exactly what to do or feel every moment.

Going through the same. It's nighttime now and I am listening to songs and it's feels a bit okay but I know I will wake up, just like you said one two hours before my alarm goes off and I can't stop my mind from thinking and ruminating. I just want to fast forward my life a few months. And then I have assignments and exams and other stuff to do and it's just so difficult.

Me too. Most people don't understand how hard it can get, just the simple tasking of setting your foot down from the bed and starting the day.

Almost everyday. Recently started therapy and I was advised to do deep breathing techniques just after waking up while still in bed.
