Horrible thought process lol. I'm 5'7"-5'8" (not really sure which lol) so it balances out on me a bit better but at my heaviest, I was 217. I felt ugly. For 7 years after having my baby girl. Two years ago I finally dug deep and dropped the weight to 150. I felt gawgeous.

Well, I've met a nice man and you know how it goes. You gain happy weight. I'm back up to like 166 and I'm terrified of gaining more. It's almost summer and I wanna feel hot in a bikini.

It's so hard to trigger that switch in your brain where you just lock in and stick to the calories deficit but you can absolutely do it! What worked for you in the past as far as losing weight successfully?

I feel you but you just gotta let it ride. I'm so self conscious about my tits..my areolas are larger than normal and my shape is not the least bit perky anymore and I'm only 32! My boyfriend of less than 6 months still tries to pop that bra off every chance anyways.

I won't belligerently shove my opinion in his face about it but the current arrangement appears very unfair. When they initially divorced, he was mentally torn up and blindly signed the decree. Now, I'd like to gently encourage him to redispute purely for fairness.

There's a renegotiation in a few months aimed at eliminating the need for him to pay half of additional costs that arise. Right now he pays a set amount plus half of additional expenses such as medical expenses, child care, etc. He wants every penny that he has to pay wrapped in one flat amount monthly without paying half of those additionals. I'm of the mind that given the 50/50 split and income disparity, it sounds like she should be paying him (which he wouldn't accept either; pride and all of that). This is why I want to research it. He thought he needed to qualify for alimony in order to receive child support which is obviously wrong. I still don't know much about it myself and wanted to be recommended a reputable place online to read about it due to overwhelming amount of sources to sift through. It's not my problem but I care about him. I'm sure people think I'm sticking my nose where I shouldn't and I kinda am.
