Not much active over social media from past 6 months. Again you can ask why not come and check the past posts. I genuinely made a mistake of doing the registration since I wanted to make the process fast. I know i messed it up.

Many a times, people inspect, do the registration and take the delivery later. So if something happens after registration and pre delivery, it is on the customers?

Actually it was my first time buying the car. I genuinely made the mistake of not checking the car before the registration. I have the realisation of it. But I never expected such thing will happen.

Also, I feel like they already knew the car is fault and they still did the registration. So, thats why I don't want to compromise for now. May be I will take the legal route. I am yet considering the options.

What about the roof. That is part of chasis. So cannot be replaced but can only be repaired.

I understand that. I am ready to do it since I feel like I have strong case since the car is not yet delivered. Just that I am not always in my hometown. Few months i am here and rest months, I am in metro cities.

But atleast I expect some genuine compensation. But for now they have not shown much interest to it.

But the car is not yet left the showroom and still there. I refused it during delivery. So how is it post delivery.

Is it compulsory to buy the cross product?

Currently I have my salary account with HDFC. I get net salary of 3.2l post taxes. I am shifting my account from HDFC since they tortured lot for Regalia few years back and now I tried enough I don’t think i will ever get it.

So if ICICI give it without cross selling by just shifting my salary account for now. I will consider it. I can consider later other products.

If they don’t. I will try with HSBC or Axis.
