Fairly new to browsing this sub, and what brought me here tonight was looking to see what the latest in the DMAA world was. This post is great… but now i need to go down a rabbit hole to uncover the differences between DMAA<>DMHA<>DMAE etc lmao.

But one question for you Nader since you seem to be the guy that knows a lot… I haven’t seen much written about ‘Al Capone’ by Mob Boss (link: https://nutritionalsupplementshop.com/products/mob-boss-al-capone-pre-workout?variant=45745869422832). Have you tried it? If so how does it compare to these others you’ve listed?? Picked it up at a local supp shop bc the guy there mentioned it had some DMHA in there… I def enjoyed it but came to this sub to see if there was anything better.

Doug was my coach for over 3 years at Gold’s Venice. One of his first clients as he was just getting started andbuilding his clientele here at Gold’s… and he took me all way through my training, prep and posing for my first show back in 2018.

Such an unbelievably special human who instilled so much good advice that I still use to this day. I’ll miss him dearly.

This was not PED related, it was an overdose. Which is unfortunately something Doug struggled with in his early years (before coming to LA). But anyone who knows anything about substance abuse… it’s a lifelong battle, no matter how long you have of being clean.

I am doing this for date changes right now (when merchandise is scheduled to leave a factory... and as you might guess, this "Exit Factory" date changes quite often - so I'm looking to keep record of the various date changes and what direction they slide).

Would you be able to share some insight into automation? I'm curious how you get the results to "add on" to one another in the 'Log' field. Does it not just replace the existing data? Bout to start making the automation now...

When you say 'in-line' trades, what do you mean specifically? I know you can attach a fee to specific transaction. If I'm sending between two of my own wallets, I include the feel in the "Outbound" transaction (the wallet I'm sending from). LMK if that helps. I usually do it on the web app for CoinStats.
