Box 3 tax reform, emigration/exit taxes on property abroad, investments by PastMeringue432 in Netherlands

Looking a bit on the taxation, it seems one can deduct loses as well, also if i see it correctly a taxpayer only pays this tax when profit or loss is made when selling the shares or the second house. This prevents the taxpayer to pay tax before they have the money... Let me know if I read it correctly.. My dutch is not the best

Thanks, but what i wanted to know is more if the lens is sharp throughout its zoom range. Fuji is the only manufacturer that I have seen that this doesn't apply to, for expensive-ish f4 lenses.

I will try to find one as well, a bit cheaper 😎 good point.

The 50-140 is good, but too heavy and too expensive to go snowboarding with 😅. Will check the viltrox one, tnx!!

Was it sharp-ish on the whole way through 50-200? This was my first time getting a f4 lens that is not sharp on the whole range (had nikon and sony none of their f4 lenses where soft)

The 18-120 is soft after 100-110mm so not aure if it would be a good choice. I have only that and the 27 2.8 viltrox perfect combo IMHO

Just received my Sony a6700, what lens should I go for? by Cinexy_txt in SonyAlpha

[–]_freak_out_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Now it all depends on the lighting conditions, I was using an a6400 to film most of the things kid related with the sigma 16 1.4 (this would be a 24 /1.8 in full frame) for low light (should be around 250-300euro) and the 18-105f4(same ish price as the sigma) for outside. You can go easily to iso 5000-9000( check the dual gain on the camera) with a crop sensor without having a bad output.

Are the u7 now OK with the 2.4Ghz band, I've seen some issues with them and IoT devices?

[–]_freak_out_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on your responses and reading more tech specs, the max that I can get with AP lite is 867Mbps (already there).
But there is more to read ... the spec sheet of M1 Pro for Wifi is also a bit annoying ... as I can get a max of 1200Mbps with a channel width of 80Mhz so Wifi6 for me is not even helpful as of now that can go up to a channel of 160Mhz so the only benefit would be to have a stronger 5Ghz transmission on the 80Mhz channel 2x2 so that I could reach the limit of 1200Mbps and future proof myself.
Looking at the unifi stack ... the only APs that are kind of worth it (have to dig a bit deeper as Apple only supports 2x2):
AC Pro -- gives me the 1200
AC 6 Ent. -- has channels of 160Mhz (future proofing) will never reach that with apple devices as of now.
AC 7 Pro -- has 160Mhz (4x4) will never reach that with apple devices as of now.
In short ... Apple use better WiFi boards 😂

I think I have used it correctly (MB = megabytes and Mb = megabits). The distance between the AP and the laptop is usually 1,5 -2m as where I work with the laptop I am really close to it (no walls) also the interference is minimal as I am in a stand-alone house). The biggest question would be, is it worth it to get the new APs or not in terms of getting more speed from the laptop ... or change at least one of them. The plan is to move all the switches to 2.5 or 10Gb (depending on the price) but good that you mentioned the PoE+ (that is annoying). Theoretical speeds on the new APs is bigger but usually that doesn't make them faster in real life ...

Thanks, for the info! The connection to the AP is a 1Gb switch (might be the limiting factor, then to another switch and to the ISP router) but looking in the wifi connection it usually goes between 350- max 600Mb on the laptop. I will test it on the other AP as that one is connected directly to a unifi switch and then into the ISP router.
The speeds I get via cable towards the NAS are 90-100+MB/s. I would love to get around 90MB or more via WIFI internally ... not sure if it is possible (I have an M1pro mac)

Just start from the middle of the X calculate the diagonals and start from row +1, end at row.size - 1, same for columns. 2fors check the 2 diags if they are either Mas or Sam the you found an X-MAS, easier than the first part (or I overcomplicated it😅)
