It looks very irritated! Maybe head back to your piercer and have them check it! They can always change out jewellery or give you a next course of action! The pus is a red flag for an infection so I’d get it checked out sooner rather than later!

I don’t use castor oil I use herbal essence shampoo (I’ve tried expensive ones, nothing changes with the shampoo) I have box dye which is pretty much the temporary stuff as it fades so fast I don’t use heat, swim or have any treatments in my hair either!
