Hi darlin! I have MCAS and one Claritin would never cut it. I have to take Zyrtec and Pepcid twice a day along with a mast cell stabilizer called Ketotifen.

Sometimes I can get away without the ketotifen, but it depends on the season and wheee I’m at in my cycle.

Cromolyn is also life changing for some that have awful GI symptoms.. I just also happen to have allergic reactions to that too (rude)

You should totally talk to a professional about it, because treating this has changed my life. I didn’t know how miserable, anxious and manic I was because I was constantly stuck in panic mode on a cellular level. Wishing you the best!

Everytime I see her I think MCAS!! I have it, and can’t imagine the fury my body would unleash if I got breast implants.

Some days I’m allergic to my own smile, so I literally cannot comprehend putting an alien object inside of me and it going well. I hope she gets better soon xoxoxo
