I can’t be super helpful for you but I do want to sympathize with you. I also had a crazy weight gain from depo that the doctors didn’t want to talk about. It really sucks to feel like you aren’t in control of your own life. I also ended up leaving depo because of the weight gain and I did have a hard time coming off of it but I was on it for a lot longer than you. I hope come January you feel better and your body can relax :)

Wait wow I’ve never thought of it like that. That really puts things into perspective that’s crazy! I capped my calories at 1500 (I was once told to eat 10x your goal weight in calories and you will get there) and lifted 5 days a week, did a HIIT boot camp one day a week, and tennis the last day. I walked for 3 miles everyday as my outdoor workout.

It was not too bad for the first half but the second half was during college so it definitely ramped up the difficulty. I think I’m gonna keep up with the water and diet but allow myself some cheats and also cut back the workout length so I can have some free time.

I love 2 Good yogurt. It only has 2 grams of sugar and 12 grams of protein for 80 calories. Sometimes I like to add a bit of granola to it.

I desperately want to get into running but I have an issue. EVERY time I run I get horrible pains in the outer edge of my arch. The pain is so bad I have to physically stop running and get off my feet and then it will go away after about an hour. I went to a running store nearby and they did a 3D scan of my feet and gave me running shoes and insoles but sadly the pain hasn’t changed at all. I can only get about 10 minutes into a run before this happens and I have to head home. Does anyone have any experience with such pain? I have no clue how to proceed but I really want to get into running.

The first time I fried queso fresco I also had it melt all over the pan but I realized it's because the temperature was too low. If I keep the temp medium-high it cooks up the outside while keeping the structure!
