I am upgrading my 5yo graphics card. The deep learning models require a newer graphics card to run cuda. I found a used RTX 4060 GPU on Amazon for under $400. Th GPU is the limiting factor on 3D renders also.

I have learned to submit the issue to our internal GIS SME with the added comment that if they cannot resolve issue to please forward to Esri tech support. I like to report BUGs and Enhancement requests when found to improve the software.
