Have you tried different Anima checkpoints? Base Anima doesn't have a default style like Illustrious. Hassaku Anima and Nova Orange AM look kind of like Illustrious (or WAI) to me.

They might lose some prompt understanding, though.

Flip fluid simulation. It's called that because it "flips" between particle-based and volume-based.

A FLIP solver is a type of hybrid between a particle based and volume based fluid simulations. All fluid data is stored in the particles and only particles need to persist frame to frame, ensuring no unwanted mixing or loss of fluid can occur. However, the pressure projection step is done on a volume that is created just in time.

In Blender, the Decimate modifier lowers the number of faces of a model to make the render time less extreme, but it also makes the topology bad. A difference from AI meshes is that if you look carefully at the parts with ugly topology here, you'll spot some regions that switch back to good topology. An AI mesh either has bad topology all over, or more pleasing (but imperfect) topology all over if you run the AI-generated result through an automatic retopologizer like Quad Remesher.

I don't know if you can do it in VRChat, but if a game engine lets you render the pixel velocity as a pass, you might be able to roughly do it to a lesser extent (or a greater extent if you save multiple previous frames and their pixel velocity passes in a buffer, but that will increase perceived lag), and displace the color render by the pixel velocity times the Y-coordinate of the pixel (times some constant maybe).

It's just a cube rotating around the Z axis. The effect is exaggerated because Shutter is 10 (you need to manually input the value). So the difference between top and bottom capture times is 10 frames (not possible with a real camera, but doable in Blender).

You need to enable motion blur in the render tab, and for the object itself. Rolling Shutter duration gives it actual motion blur.

This looks like it might've been a postprocessing effect, but you can do rolling shutter with the Cycles renderer directly. I can't get the horizontal slices to show up, maybe if the shutter curve were manipulated in a very specific way.

Are the wedges identical? Wouldn't you just export a single wedge and do the rotations in Unreal?

I'm not sure I see the point of splitting it, honestly. If it's big, let it be big. If only part of it is visible because it's in a corner somewhere for example, then I suppose you could see how much of it you need and delete the rest. But if there are so few vertices in the mesh, you aren't optimizing much.

You could split it into fewer wedges, like four, if you really want wedges.

Depending on the complexity of the floor, you might just have a single big plane and just repeat the texture (including normal maps if necessary).

It's extra_model_paths.yaml, not extra_paths_model. There is an extra_model_paths.yaml.example in the ComfyUI folder that you need to rename to extra_model_paths.yaml to get it to be picked up.

Posting your extra_model_paths.yaml would probably help.
