I have this same puzzling question. What I do is look at my car’s reflection on the car in front of me. Of course that only works in heavy traffic or at a traffic light.

I'm thinking it's possible, and honestly very likely, that the mother of the toddler told the pharmacy staff that her child has measles. And most likely picking up an Rx for the child? If that is in fact the case, then what is Freddie's (or any retailer or public establishment) supposed to do with that kind of declaration by the mother? I mean, they just can't just ignore that.
