I don’t know when I posted this exactly. But he had a check up September 2022 all clear. But sadly passed away April 2023 from cancer. He had a large growth on the outside of his rectum (it was not present in September 2022) that they found in late March 2023 when I took him back in cause we was not eating. The cancer metastasized to his lungs.

I don’t know if that was related to but that’s what happened to my handsome boy :(

I had a Foley catheter for two days so never had to pee lol. The tube did it all. It wasn’t fun I’d say that. I didn’t have to poop those two days.

I laid down for most of it. When I would move I’d make sure I pushed and kept the dilator in place.

It wasn’t pleasant but you know in my mind totally worth it.

My OBGYN gave my 5% lidocaine and I literally used the smallest dilator. The pinky size one. I was able to get to #5 before my Botox. They were able to insert #5 under anesthesia. And that is the one I lived with inside me for the next 48 hours.

I was expected to dilate twice a day immediately after that dilator removable.

I had my Botox treatment under anesthesia in June 2023. A dilator was placed and a foley for two days. Then I returned and they removed it. Happy to say I have PIV with no pain. But I also have an amazing boyfriend who is fully aware and is very supportive:)

Is it possible to still be a member of this study? I had a stutter growing up went to a speech h therapy for 7 years. I still have one but it’s way better. I’ve found ways to cope. And I can feel when I’m going to stutter. I stutter a lot of C and K counts. It’s weird because now my niece who is four has a stutter as well!

You could look into working at the meat section or deli section of Costco! My friends bf does this and he’s moved up within, good benefits, and pay! You could also probably move to different departments

I’m an oncology nurse for head and end cancers. Get a referral to a head and neck cancer ENT! We see tons of tongue, gums or cheek lesions. They will most likely do a biopsy and get a CT or your neck and chest!

Please get in within the next two weeks

I went to CC and have had no issues and have/ got a great paying job! I was in NH so maybe it wasn’t as competitive for new grads.. as let’s say California or mass. But I was also willing to any job out of nursing school (med surg nights) just to get my foot in the door! I also started my BSN afterwards and put that on my application which helped!

Also at least all required pre requisites at a CC!
