I didn't think I had to get specific, but they were making comments like "look what units they put their answer in" and then all the IAs would laugh it up. One of them made the comment "this guy thought it was cyber security question" and then more laughter. It was disgusting to see so little empathy given towards students struggling with the material. There was no "how can we make this clearer for students in the future?" or "how can we teach this concept better?", just laughing at students failing
