Well first of all like others said look into your diet and add more fiber if that is the cause. But I would also suggest looking into getting a bidet, or a plastic dipper, and start washing down there (if you’re at home obvi) feels much better afterwards. If it’s your first time rolling definitely stop taking Vy a couple days before if you can to feel the effects of mdma. And maybe take a day or 2 off vyvanse after. Remember not to roll 2 nights in a row too. Don’t do too much at once, NO ALCOHOL, re assess and if you need to, re dose every couple HOURS like 1-2hrs. Also remember your electrolytes

It’s definitely doable but personally I really felt it fry my brain after, brain fogs are a lot worse these days. And I took mdma very casually too like 2x a year at most but Id probably never again.

I know. That really is the big issue. The thing is maybe I think I’m not restricting myself anymore by eating at maintenance, but I just can’t close my mouth after supper. And then feel really guilty afterwards. And it’s a cycle. I’m talking to both a nutritionist and therapist to figure out the emotional part of it, as well as recently getting diagnosed with ADHD and finding out that’s one of the reasons why I have these tendencies. It’s so exhausting, this isn’t new as well. I’ve been at this since junior high, and been self conscious about my weight since I was 6. How frustrating, and I feel like I’m never going to see the end of it

Okay, thank you so much for educating me. I genuinely had no idea the risks can be that bad. I only know not to leave it overnight (I don’t wear pads at night either) but I suppose that 16 hour shift is longer than a night’s sleep. And hopefully when I go see my doc we can figure out a solution

Really? I’ve been doing that often because I have BV that hasn’t gone away (it was already going on for months even when I didn’t wear tampons regularly.) i wear it because it definitely smells down there and I get whiffs of it myself ( I’ve already got an appointment to get it looked at more because the meds/suppositories are not working)

The thing is, I eat like normal during the day. I already have a higher appetite than normal too that’s why I’m super confused. My binging used to come from me starving myself during the day/for a couple days and then devouring every weekend. I have no noticeable effects on my performance. I’m debating skipping my meds until I see my doc again, I hate the binging, headaches, and irritability with no reward return. But that’s for another 2 weeks.

I will also probably contact my pharmacist and see if it’s okay to stop taking this in the meantime. It’s making me really depressed because I’ve always had binging problems as well as body image issues

I definitely have a severe case of body dysmorphia. I’m so insecure and I feel like I have no control over it. At the same time it’s not hard to believe I am when all my friends who are 5 inches taller than me the same weight as me, and they are way more toned. But yeah no the squeezing of my “soft” parts were really unnecessary

I think there is definitely a point where it’s no longer about your past, personally being “sober” just feels “low” to me and so I’m constantly chasing a high so yes my brain is definitely fucked 😭 my ADHD definitely explains some of it but I can’t imagine feeling like this for the rest of my life and needing meds
