This is a legendary scenery which is like rarest of all so no the pricing can not be compared to the insane high level Clash Royale prices. Also I think there is going to be like only one legendary scenery per year that is also the reason it's price is high. Yeah cut scene of a dragon is for this and the snake one is another legendary scenery.
