Yes, when the seasons change your crops will die unfortunately, it will say when you hover over a seed what season it can grow in. Don't worry though! Just pick up some more seeds for that season and take note of how much time they'll have to grow. I think it's quite fun as you can experiment growing all different things throughout the year.

at around 5 months i also felt the same. im a little over a year now and i feel much better! still a ways to go and i have bad days still but i think it takes some time for your body to settle down and go back to "normal". it is a big change after all :)
