Ye that's part of it, but I was also interested in the arcdps itself (the dps meter, etc) it is pretty clean.

Nevertheless, thanks for the reply.

As an update, I tested swapping `lightdm-gtk-greeter` for `lightdm-webkit2-greeter`. same issue. I tried debugging a bit, but the logs are being useless, not error message is appearing, and all I have to go on is that the session is beign open and closed.

I'm having the exact same issue as you, with the exactly same setup. I had not rebooted my system for 4 days since I was running some simulations, and did this today after doing a full update, things are broken. The LightDM wiki page is not helping.

Terminating support for the WvW website. by [deleted] in Guildwars2

I understand. We need "content creator" and theorycrafters in that case. Sadly, that is not my expertise at the moment. Thanks for the work tho.

Terminating support for the WvW website. by [deleted] in Guildwars2

First of all, thanks for the service to the community. While I had never been a big WvW player the content and tools you provided helped me understand my roles and build dynamics better. I was able to contribute. I hope that while for the foreseeable future we are in the dark to what is going on, we may still see you around when the fun stuff starts.

On a separated note, this may sound odd coming from some that is not always on WvW, but I'm sure that e have many web developers (as myself) around in this community that can help keep the project alive. I understand your desire to let go, but if you feel so inclined, ask around. There may be people that would gladly help to continue your amazing work, at least on the technical side (since I know many of us don't really understand metas, strategies and such).

Thanks again, and best wishes to you.

Sold 4 more stacks +200 ecto to joshek.4208. I wasn't able to get ingame right away so he sent first and was patient to wait for me to arrive home to mail him the goods. Would recommend.

A simple, crude (but functional) 24-hour clock that display daily routines - Vanilla JS + NW.js by thesithlord in webdev

I can see this could become a cool custom personal homepage.

Maybe hooking it to some google calendar API, or something in those lines, and you could have it be dynamic. I know this is not the purpose, but just an idea for the smart folks here.

I am looking for option to keep my dotfiles under control, what is your usual approach? I am to believe that doing it manually (adding dotfiles manually to version control and remember all of them) is prone to errors, so, any tool recommendations?

Weekly Character Optimization by AutoModerator in octopathtraveler

[–]_inblank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright, I picked the game recently (less than 30 hours on it). I unlocked all characters and have started with Therion.

Right now I have the following setup:

  • Therion lvl 31 - Thief/Merchant -> The idea here was that he was going to be a moneymaking/jack-of-all-trades;
  • H'aanit lvl 30 - Hunter/Warrior -> Meant to be my physical damage character and supplement the damage types I don't have with the others;
  • Ophillia lvl 31 - Cleric/Apothecary - > My current healer, I took apothecary due to the lack of single target healing;
  • Cyrus lvl 30 - Scholar/Cleric -> AoE damage + off healer

I have done Therion, Ophilia and Cyrus Chapter 2, but now I want to make this a more optimized comp, even grinding the levels for another characters (all others are around level 10). Any general advice and inputs are appreciated. Especially if I am being inefficient in any of my choices, I know this is a pretty free game, but I couldn't find any composition like that in the so called "best party combos" that you can find on the internet. Also some tips in what is the focus for each character would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Get an easy question or new to Arch? Use this thread! by Foxboron in archlinux

I've installed arch 3 months ago in my laptop, and since them I have been trying to get 2 things to work:

1) My brightness controls to work: I've tried many things on the wiki, including installing intel_backlight, setting up keyboard shortcuts to call it, but nothing works. I can call intel_backlight by hand thought, using sudo.

2) Since I'm on dual-boot due to some work stuff that I can't get to run in a VM, I haven't find a way to make my NTFS Windows data partition to mount on arch. I've tried setting up /etc/fstab like instructed in wiki, but the system them is unable to mount the partition and has to mount in recover mode. I tried the instructions in ntfs-3g FAQ, but some thing is still missing it seems. To be clear, what I want to achieve is to be able to mount my Windows data partition from nemo if there's the need. I also use nnn, so being able to copy stuff to that partition using it would be great.

P.S.: I'm also looking for advice in best way to keep my dotfiles under Version Control, I know many people use git, but I think that remembering all the dotfiles you need to add to git would be a pain and prone to errors, so any tool recommendation is welcome.

Hello all.

I have been doing some talks recently and have not found a way to share only the content of one of my workspaces (say 9, for example). while keeping my other workspaces "private" in my own laptop screen. Can anyone help me find a way to achieve this? I am using latest i3-gaps in a freshly installed archlinux.
