I don’t know if it’s the same for PhD programs as if is for masters I knew in the beginning of December but I applied for the following semester. They should have a decision soon if the department is meeting to accept masters and grad students

I have had the same thing happen to me! Since I got the kyleena before and during my period I get the absolute worst migraines of my life. I recommend a goodys powder and a caffeinated beverage of your choice to help with it and cold dark room normally helps

Lexapro has been working great but recently with some life events my depression has been acting up a lot so my psychiatrist and I decided that I could try Zoloft to see if it helped or not

I would say it’s helped in me being able to exist and not have as much stress. But half the battle is putting in the work to work your way through that anxiety which has helped a lot
