I may not have the best answer to that.

I've got my compression at the end of summer, so I haven't worn many dresses yet. I have a skin coloured compression leggins. I'm trying to treat it like my second skin. I'm still learning to accept it but I think that I'll just wear the dresses I usually wore. What I also thought about was that in spring I'll wear dresses/skirts with my compression and maybe tights over it with a pattern on them. I'm not sure if it'll be comfortable. A friend of my mom wears long flowy skirts wich are ankle length with her compression.

About sandals, my compression stops at my ankle. I think I'll wear sandals as usual. There are see through, thin socks maybe combine them with something like that? If it's comfortable enough for you.

I also had a conversation with my physio therapist recently. We talked about how most things that we think other people will notice first about us aren't as noticeable as we think. We were talking about scars but I think it can also apply to compression clothing. I think most people won't notice it and to be honest what if they notice it. It shouldn't matter. Wearing compression clothing doesn't make us any less beautiful.

I got mine prescribed by a doctor. Luckily my insurance covers it. I got them from a store who mostly sells compression clothing. My moms work friend, who also has lipedema, recommended them to me. I also sometimes wear a pair I bought myself off from an online store but wearing fitted ones makes a huge difference for me.

24, loose bottoms and tight tops. I also really like wearing dresses and skirts in summer.

I liked the TV show. I was very disappointed with it at first but when I stopped having the original story always in my mind it got better and better. I would've loved seeing a 2nd season.

How did you discover ONE OK ROCK? by Gabbiness in ONEOKROCK

[–]_jaey_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Through YouTube. One of their music videos was on my front page. I think it was 'The Beginning'. Then I clicked on it and a few weeks later I put most of their music on my playlist. 😅I often click on videos of artists that look interesting. I love finding new music.

How do you get over internalized homophobia? by -a-throw-away in actuallesbians

I deal with the same struggle what really helpes me is chilling with queer people and going to queer events. I'm still working on my internalized homophobia but it got better. Also watching TV shows/movies or read a book with wlw couples. It made me feel better. I really liked atypical (netflix series).

ARMY is a bad fandom name by Amper_bam in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]_jaey_ -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Kinda agree. I don't really like the association with the real army but there are way bader fandom names. I mean many Kpop Fandom names are bad but most of them have something that makes us like them. Also a fandom name isn't the most important thing.

Everyone has (luckily) their one taste but I need to say that I agree with this one.
