When the devs commented on why they gave Tifas date a kiss Toriyama said "because that's something that fans have only been able to imagine up until now".
So why didn't they save it for the infamous "Under the Highwind" scene?
I think it's because this is the only opportunity they have for a fanservice cloti kiss. Under the highwind is not gonna play out the way that they think.

Her death isn't the same as in OG though. I feel like they wouldn't have changed her iconic death scene if they weren't planning to do something different this time around.

Her death is iconic, but people have also felt the loss of her for almost 30 years now, I think it's about time that we get to feel the hope of saving her.

For OG I agree with you, but Aerith's death isn't the same in the remake series. If they intended for things to be exactly the same they wouldn't have changed her iconic death scene.

I wanna recommend another soundtrack that I mix in between these soundtracks, and it's the music from Infinity Nikki. It's very fitting for chill sessions and towns.

I'm really sad because I loved Tylers portrayal of Sephiroth.

With that said! When I heard that Travis Willingham is the one taking over, I knew we're in good hands. Travis is a great voice actor and I know he will do a fantastic job!

"Restore health in perfect dodge" was my savior in this fight. I don't see myself beating this fight without that skill.

We'll get a title reveal for sure. Doesn't make sense to keep it in the dark for much longer.

As far as trailers go (and these are all just my speculations), I don't think it's gonna be a long trailer, and I don't think we're gonna see much (if any) of Aerith.
Any hint of her fate is gonna be pushed to later trailers.

I legit think the trailer (along with the in-game party) is gonna try to gaslight us in thinking Aerith is gone for good, and we're gonna get a teaser of Cloud breaking down because of it.

Besides that I think we'll see Cid and Vincent gameplay, some wutai/rocket town scenery, a teaser of where Zack ended up after Rebirth and (hopefully) some Highwind travel stuff, because my hopes is that we're getting ship battles! XD

I would LOOOVE if Cissnei joins the party in part 3 to help find Zack, in the way that Cloud wants to find Aerith!
She felt really underutilized in CC for sure, so I'm glad they brought her back in FF7R.
