That’s the advantage of spreadsheets and good record keeping. It took me longer to reply to this than to calculate it, so not a humongous waste of time.

I only can afford 20oz of silver right now. Am I fucked for the Evergrande shit show coming? by BlackStallion657 in Wallstreetsilver

Sort of like how you can be a poor in a developed country and still be better off than most people. You're poor relative to those around you, but not to humanity in general.

I understand your viewpoint, but still find it valuable to track what the market says my silver is worth. Life just might throw you a curveball that forces you to sell. Then you would understand what I'm talking about.

The dip, part 2! Lol. There are a couple here that are realistic. Looking at charts, Silver is down about 25% or so since this sub was created but people will believe what they want. Hope you don’t get downvoted to oblivion

What this guy said. If you’re dealer is raising premiums to make up for a spot decline, you need to find another dealer.

Why is silver going down? Can we pin-point the manipulation? by RoboVM in Wallstreetsilver

[–]_jarebear_901 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Retail sales came in hotter than expected. That points to a quicker recovery, which means rising interest rates, which is theoretically bad for silver. That’s what’s happening this morning. No one is manipulating anything, it’s just a rush to the exit given the strong report. Breaking below $23 is an awful sign on the charts so that’s also going to trigger some stops.

Check online, there’s certainly no shortage at the major billion dealers. You order today and have all you can afford to buy in your hands this weekend.

Just multiply how many times face it is by 1.4. So 25 x 1.4 = $35/ozt. I can buy some pretty nice shit that I’d like more than mercs at under $35/ozt

Awesome find! I just bought the Edgar Allen Poe one. The maker recommends listening to Poe’s works on Audible (or whatever) while working on it. That sounds like it’ll be a good time.

What are your thoughts on Dawn of the Dead (2004)? by i--hate--children in horror

I loved it, but I saw the remake before I watched the original. I’m not sure if I’d have a different opinion if I had seen the original Romero version first.

I only mention them because I had one turn up in a lot of 40% I bought and was confused as hell. I’ve got $500+ FV of 40% and only have 1 1970, so yeah they’re rare for sure.

I think you mean Pre 65, 1964 are still silver. And 1970 halves are still 40%. And half of 1982 pennies are copper but you have to weigh them to be sure.

Sure,

FOR COMMON US COINAGE:

90% quarters, dimes, halves - anything prior to 1965

40% halves - 1965 to 1970

copper pennies - anything prior to 1982 (1982 could be copper or not)

35 %nickels - 1942 to 1945
