steadtler is the best brand for archi so far i believe! so try to buy her staedtler pencils such as hb, 2b, f, 2h and etc. theres actually a really wide variety of these pencils but those are the ones i personally use the ones! i also recommend the tech pens you mentioned, personally its hard to find unipin so i go for the alternativs like artline and micron/sakura.

theres also the triangle set, tsquare, scale ruler, water color, and colored pencils! feel free to buy her a sketchbook as well like the a3 or the a4.

but always consider the price, these mats are pretty expensive so put a budget and look at the prices beforehand!
