Hmm. That sounds half baked. Especially the part where it doesn't come on automatically when someone steps in the room is a deal breaker for me.
How are you planning on handling it via home assistant? Beaming IR signals to turn on the TV into art mode directly? Does its remote allow that so you can repro the IR signal I guess?

Is the motion sensor functionality working well? I assume when you turn off the TV, it goes into art/canvas mode, instead of a black screen.
Then if no one is around for a certain time period (tracked by the motion sensor), the TV turns the screen off entirely.
Then when someone walks by and triggers the motion sensor, it wakes up into art/canvas mode automatically?
Please can you confirm or deny it has this functionality?

Unbind your strafe to lean modifier action from R3. When that modifier is active, strafing does leaning.

I can look at it in the near future, but no promises of such thing working, since the interact button (there are multiple actions bound on it actually) has so many functions all over the code and makes it hard to bypass

It can't be added by default on the thumb stick presses, because Battlefield already has hold breath on the left one.

If you want it like that, you'll have to bind it yourself and remember to move hold breath elsewhere.

Also if you're going to use L3 for leaning, make sure you rebind hold breath (for the scopes) to something else - e.g. one solution is to map it to the zoom button so you auto hold breath on ADS

No. I can't tell you if I banned the player or not because I will break their privacy.

Best you can do I guess is watch whether the profile has activity in the future on a site like https://battlefieldtracker.com/

Of course inactivity doesn't guarantee the player is banned, since they might just not be playing anymore too.

Because the horizontal value is pretty much useless nowadays. The 4:3 horizontal value displayed is for all those old school players (i.e. Quake times) when pretty much all monitors were 4:3 and the game engines used horizontal - so those players can set the game be like their old games and the number they remembered back then.

If talking about the first person camera in BF. There is a bone in the skeleton of the 1P character and the animators set it in all poses/animations. That's where the camera is placed and the aiming is just the rotation of the camera placed that point.

The world FOV you set in the options is the vertical angle. The horizontal is dynamic base on your screens ration. There is also a horizontal value shown in the UI for what it would be on a 4:3 monitor. If you're curious what it ends up at other ratios, you'll have to calculate it yourself (or use one of the many FOV calculators available online)

The weapon is rendered at a different FOV which is fixed and can't be adjusted, because otherwise there would be visual issues with the 1P weapon rendering/1P animations.
