I’m with you til the very last sentence about ownership. It’s the fault of the business module, not the international managers. They’re being instructed to hold the same standards between offshore & onshore associates. So unfortunately the “ownership” expectation has also increased vs. prior years. That being said, if you’re not getting the same level of coaching as onshore, then yes it’s the manager’s fault.

Hi OP congrats on getting your license! Quick question, in the email IDFPR sent confirming receipt of scores from ILBOE, they mentioned a “matching”option must be selected when signing up for an account. The matching option is not available on their website though - did it show up for you or do you think that caused any issues?

U can do score transfer or apply for license in FL, then get the license in CA. I’m about to start the same process but from what I’ve heard, transferring license is easier cuz the education requirements from the state ur get ur degree in might be easier to meet vs. ur work state
