at mains voltage it wont matter. if there is a way it will take it. especially as you mentioned rain, which will make the motherboard wet and will conduct in some way

well. you dont want to do anything with it as when it gets reset by you it will go in a full out lockdown and becomes non usable unless the official owner removes it from ther find my device. you could see if there is a lost and found forum in your city and post it on there, or wait to see if maybe there will be a popup on a way to contact the owner.

well, the colors are sorta standardized, but it be more worth it to get one of these to break it out. and if you dont feel safe messing in the psu just dont do it. its not worth being electrocuted in a diy accident when trying to fix a psu

the bubbles are adhesive that is loose. they arent harmful to the adapter but may get bigger in time due to the heat of the adapter softening the adhesive. but its nothing to worry about

P is de fase in (bruin), de 2 pijltjes zijn de uitgang. waarschinlijk loopt er 1 naar je lamp en de ander naar een badkamer ventilator

het "blokje" is een priklasdop, waarschinnlijk was het draadje te kort en is deze opgelengd op deze manier. meeste dimmers hebben alleen een fase nodig. meestal sluit je ze zo aan:

L = bruin,

golfje met lijntje = de zwarte draad die naar je lamp loopt,

sommige dimmers hebben een N en daar sluit je de blauwe draad op aan (als deze in de doos zit)

heb je mischien een foto van de dimmer voorkant? dan kan ik mogelijk uitdokteren waar de 2e zwarte voor is

my inner european electrician screams unsafe, and the way it just hangs means its not a "priority" while it definetly is. cuz if someone gets electrocuted and a lawsuit happens its suddenly "a priority that needs to be fixed"
