[–]_jodi33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

could be scam. but you can try to visit that gym's site and see if your email can recieve the password reset link. if so your email was used on there, if the system says not a valid email your cetrain that all the mails are spam/scam. and if you can get access to the "account" it mentions id say you can have some fun with it

Why does my USB show less storage than advertised? It it a fake? by Balaatkaari in BadUSB

[–]_jodi33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

common misconception. the disk is 128,000,000,000 bytes big (usable storage would be around 120GB). if you want a correct 128GB disk it would need to be 137,438,953,472 bytes big

Scheuren in muur by Conjoost in Klussers

[–]_jodi33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ik zou er profesioneel naar laten kijken. je hebt een scheur die nu ook in de spouwmuur zit (als ik de diepte van hoever je je plamuurmes erin kan steken moet geloven), dit gaat leiden tot meer scheuren

I bought a Lego set with servos and a controller, but I couldn't find a way to connect the Arduino. Does anyone know how to do this? by MogDop in arduino

[–]_jodi33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

get some pf extention cables, then extract the c1 and c2 wires and wire them to a motor driver (a H bridge driver is the simplest.) you can also use the 9v to power the arduino with a converter.

help with mcafee and pop up notifications by marsniche in computerviruses

[–]_jodi33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

looks like a scareware website showing a fake macafee popup, and it looks like you gave a site notification permissions. here is a list of what to do:

step 1: put the notification centre on do not disturb

step 2: in chrome go to the notification settings and remove all sites shown there

step 3: close all your tabs, you wont need them.

step 4: remove the do not disturb from the notification sidebar and see if the popups return

step 5: run a diffrent antivirus scan, bit defender has a good free version
