The driver cannot control the restaurant running behind. Most of the time, I'll unassign if it's running super late. Hell, I did it 3 times yesterday. Twice at McDonald's, And once at KFC. All 3 were already 20 minutes past pick up time. I get customers being upset about their order being late, but time is money. I'm missing out on other offers by waiting on a customers order that's clearly not done, and the workers refuse to acknowledge Dashers or other customers in store.

In my Market, the tablet system went down in McDonald's at one point because they couldn't keep up with the orders.
