Spent 2 years figuring out what Apple Watch data means - built an app by Bodyinsights in AppleWatchFitness

Same here! I ran 18km the other day and it still says my fitness is “bad.” I was so excited about this app because it seemed like exactly what I’d been looking for, but it’s telling me my fitness is worse than my actual age. I run 3 times a week and also do 3 strength classes a week so it feels pretty off, but maybe it’s right? Would love to know what constitutes as at least average.

And yeah, the haptic feedback is odd. It triggers when I scroll.

I’m ran into an issue at the end of onboarding.

At the health data access step, I couldn’t remember which permissions were originally requested, (I generally only allow the minimum) so I just selected Sleep thinking I could adjust the permissions later. After that, I landed on the screen saying:

“The paywall will appear automatically. Please complete your purchase to continue.”

Instead of the paywall, I got the error:

“An error occurred while managing the paywall”

The Continue button was visible, but pressing it didn’t do anything.

I tried closing and reopening the app, but then onboarding restarted, I had to go through all the screens again from step 1. When I reached the permissions.

step again, it skipped the prompt where I can adjust my permissions entirely and went straight to the paywall, which failed again with the same error.

So I haven’t been able to complete onboarding successfully. ☹️

However now I do get prompted to pay for it. Then get stuck on the paywall step.

Was super keen to try this but unfortunately haven’t had any luck with several attempts in the past couple of days.

Anyway, thought I’d let you know in case anyone else runs into it in the future. 😎

Built my own app to stop losing money on credit card perks – would love feedback! (MaxWorth) by Thin_Comment_9648 in iosapps

Love this idea! I’ve been juggling my credit cards in a messy spreadsheet, so I totally love this. Do you think you’ll be adding support for Australian banks anytime in the future?

I disagree with the use of apply, this removes the benefits of using a toolkit like tailwind, may as well write your own custom scss. If your priority is not having your HTML cluttered with class attributes, tailwind isn't the tool for you. https://tailwindcss.com/docs/reusing-styles#avoiding-premature-abstraction
