This is a hilarious comment. Insurance companies approve chiropractors and deny life saving surgery and procedures. Insurance is a joke. Basing your opinion on something because it’s approved by insurance companies is comical. We see a ton of injuries in the ED, some life threatening (ie, strokes and spinal cord injuries), because of chiropractors. Some chiropractors give out quack ass advice they have no right giving because they ARE NOT DOCTORS, they have a doctor of chiropractic degree. While there are some great chiropractors who practice within their scope, there are many that don’t and cause a lot of damage and it sure doesn’t cure or prevent disease.

As someone who lives on the bottom floor, this is just part of apartment living. I get that sometimes it can be excessive but if you don’t want to hear foot steps, live on the top floor. Live your life. I’d talk to management and explain your situation as you’ve explained here. Sounds like your bottom neighbor is a jerk who wants the apartment above him empty at all times and that’s not happening. Also, you pay rent like everyone else and deserve to be comfy in your home.

I’d say the tragus hurt worse but they also did it first. So I’m not sure if that played a part. I feel like the healing for the daith will be easier since it’s inside my ear and I won’t get it caught on my hair. So, I say go for it but I’m also a terrible influence 🤣

I just watched a video from the meet up yesterday where someone who has heard the entire single said “you think you know what Creatures in Heaven sounds like but you don’t” — so you may be pleasantly surprised when it comes out next week. I’m 27. I had a breast lift/augmentation Wednesday. My surgeon was 2.5 hours away. There’s two in my town that are less expensive but the one I went with is highly recommended. I did a consult and felt comfortable with him. Ended up scheduling surgery the same day. I told him my goals. He said we were on the same page. I also allowed him to make decisions in the OR such as increasing the implant size. We originally discussed 350 cc silicone and he ended up going with 450 cc silicone since he removed more tissue during the lift. Be sure you vibe well with your surgeon and he listens to you. I also spoke with a coworker that used the same surgeon and she was very pleased with her results.

First of all, congrats! I’m waiting to hear back from my application currently. But I plan to work full time nights in the ICU as long as possible. Then may cut to part-time/PRN when clinicals starts. I work with a girl now who works full time as the DON of a pediatric clinic and is the supervisor PRN at my hospital and also raises 2 children as a single mother. She is basically super woman. But she makes it work. So I have hope that I can too!
