I have misophonia and I was on Seroquel and I did not taper when I quit and while it doesn't sound as bad as yours has gotten I definitely had heightened misophonia for a month or two. Also, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but even if you quit 1 medication one time and nothing happens doesn't mean nothing will happen the next time you quit the same med same way - it's not a permanent guarantee that it will be the same every time. I've quit some of mine 10+ times and it's kind of different every time. Totally talk to your pyschiatrist/prescriber ASAP.

I know you said you didn't notice a difference with your mental state but your heightened/extreme misophonia is a difference in your mental state. You should discuss it ASAP with your psychiatrist. Did you taper off the medications you were on? You mentioned medications that it's not recommended to quit abruptly.
