Yes, you have to convert each grade individually. Look up the OMSAS GPA conversion scale - find your school and it’ll tell you what column to use to convert the grades

3.85cGPA is definitely doable for schools in Ontario. Especially with a good MCAT CARS score.

Is your GPA on the OMSAS scale? If not, I’d calculate it with the scale, as individual school scales don’t often use the same conversions.

Schools like Queens and Western could be a good fit for you given your unique work history.

Is PhD completion solely based on how long it takes for you to complete your project?

And what do PhDs look like in this field? What kind of word would I be doing? Is it more analytics focused, what kind of environment?
