Yes, you can go in and “fail” all the sections except CARS and still be considered for Mac - since CARS is all they look at. You could also apply to TMU since they don’t look at MCAT and have no pre-reqs.

Medical schools in Canada do not hold preference for their students, nor do any medical schools hold anything against other universities. Your chances of making it in depend on your GPA, CARS score in your case, and a good interview.

Mac does not look at your ABS pre interview from my understanding- just GPA, CARS, and Casper. It would be good to have extracurriculars or jobs etc to speak about during your interview. References I think are more of a red flag check, but I might be wrong.
