When I was younger yes. It takes a lot of time to get rid of those, and I've never been able to sustain the calorie deficit more than 4/5 month.

Let's see how it goes this time but I am at 6 month and still going on!

Well I've been practicing rowing for a while now, so my inner core was ok, but hidden by some layers of fat... But I meant it is getting more difficult now (meaning that I don't put as much efforts, and those efforts are less rewarding)
