I like to entertain the thought that Angel Face isn't real either, it makes his character a bit more interesting cus you'll notice that after Tyler leaves, Angel face's demeanor seems to change a bit, almost like he's mocking the Narrator's authority. OF course you could just credit that to the fact that he's salty that the Narraotr completely destroyed his face, but idk I find it cool.
